Pre-Project Planning

Prospective customers to fill out and submit 10 question online survey

  • Online survey is located at www.woodhavenbuilders.com
  • Perspective customer should include preferred contact information 

Woodhaven to contact perspective customer

  • Schedule your design consultation
  • Prospective customer to provide additional information for design consultation

In-home design consultation

Meeting should be attended by both homeowners (if applicable)

  • Gather project scope information
  • Measure existing condition
  • Diagram the design preparation 

Design proposal meeting

  • View three options assembled for the project
  • Review pricing for each option
  • Selection of one option (with revisions, if applicable)

Material selection process

  • Meet with a WHB designer to assist in project masking decisions ranging from Interior to Exterior Finish (as well as furnishing of project, if applicable).  

 Final plan and price

  • After design selections have been made, WHB will implement and provide the final view of the proposed project.  
  • A final p rice will be provided for the project (pricing will be communicated throughout the process)
  • Review of  project flow and estimate timing 

Final plan review

  • Review and refine project plan to make necessary changes prior to construction

Project management

  • With final plan in place and changes made, the construction of your project will commence.
  • WHB to submit plan and proposed project to city offices and obtain a construction permit
  • WHB to provide a start and finish date and construction schedule

At WHB, the project manager is a qualified and experienced construction manager that will keep the project on task and keeps its customers informed

  • Through the project process, the quality of the project is examined to meet WHB and the customer’s expectations
  • Each homeowner will have the opportunity to do a final walk-thru of the project to ensure the details are flawless and expectations have been met 

Warranty

§         A warranty for each project is provided if anything goes wrong during/after the project

§         Warranty includes: 10 year structural/5 year parts/2 year mechanical/1 year craftsmanship
